Cliff (manger) and staff went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay an enjoyable one! The service is top notch and we felt very welcome from the moment we checked in. While the hotel itself is a bit older and dated it is very well maintained and clean. Rooms are a bit small (especially bathroom) but for a couple or small family they are just fine! We would 100% stay here again and we’re truly impressed with the management and customer service.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean. New liner was being put in the outdoor pool so we missed that one. Room was spacious and clean. We were on the first floor which is about four or five steps down and it was quite humid inside the room, even though it wasn’t humid outside. Other than that, it was great. Definitely staying again but will try a higher floor.

The Front Desk staff was so friendly, honestly everyone from the guy that helped us with our bags to the staff helping set up breakfast in the morning. The people are very personable here, and that means a lot to me. The room was very clean and comfortable, the pillows were really comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast with a good bit of options. The Front Desk staff also has very helpful recommendations and makes it a point to be very friendly with the customers and helpful. The pool was well maintained, the hot tub was nice and big. We would definitely come back here. This was our first time and we were impressed! The whole vibe was great, even the other customers were really friendly. I think the staff have set the tone, people are happy, and it’s a great atmosphere.

Fantastic location. Short walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops and port for the Ferries to the islands. Great breakfast and an indoor / outdoor pool.large spacious room with a balcony. Friendly front desk staff. Plenty of free parking also. Highly recommend will be my go to always now.

I really liked the location of this hotel. We were able to walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It was also close to lots of shops, the JFK Museum, and restaurants. It was clearly family-owned, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The front desk clerks gave us great tips on places to visit, and we followed every single one - we were SO happy! It made our trip to Cape Cod better. If I needed extra towels or directions, they were ready to help. You don't have to pay a lot of money for a quality hotel, as they were very well-priced. Honestly, the only thing I wish was having a hook available on the back of the door in the restroom. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

We were on a road trip from Texas. Came to Cape Cod for the first time. This place did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived at Hyannis Travel Inn we felt welcomed. Mr. Cliff was amazing. He was so kind and gave us recommendations about where to find the best lobster rolls. We were about to unpack all our stuff (we had A LOT). He called his helpful young employee to come and help with the bags. The young man was so sweet. We walked into the room and it was spotless. All employees were so KIND! We give this place 10/10. Thank you all for your warm hospitality.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. I never imagined how perfect everything would be during my vacation in Hyannis. The hotel staff deserves the highest praise. The hotel is very, very close to the harbor for trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket; you can walk from the hotel to the harbor and save $40.00 on parking. The restaurant area is just a block away. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms were very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel.
