The room was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast was a hit with my kids. Would highly recommend this hotel. It’s like your at home with the full kitchen.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast options or lock there of. The staff could be a little bit more friendly when you are entering the building so maybe a little bit more hospitality.

The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Location is great in St John’s Town Center only a 20-25 minute ride to the beaches. Rey clean. Couldn’t figure out how to get the burners working gave up after 15 minutes trying!

The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon.

The only negative comment I have is that there is no overhang at the entrance. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body.

When booking your stay, be aware that "FREE" breakfast is not a complimentary meal at all. It's a "grab and go" that only includes individually wrapped muffins and coffee, and to make matters worse, it's available from 04:30 - 06:30 - yes, the time you just read is correct. We have two small children, and we were very disappointed in the complimentary breakfast that is advertised. On the brighter side, there is a small kitchen in which we used to prepare a real breakfast for our kids. The stove top has a safety feature that requires a pot/pan on the burner to turn on; we learned that the hard way on our first day. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is brand new, no issues there.
