Nice accommodations. Very well organized. My bathroom was not in the bedroom it was next to it. Since no one else used the bathroom it was private. during my stay so it was private. I appreciated that.

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made everything even better. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

I believe this place is where the owners live here and you rent a room from them. The rules are a little confusing. It states no noise after 10am regards to tv, conversation and not using the kitchen. Example they state that the garbage needs to get tied and go in a bin, I was looking for that bin my whole stay and the night before we left we got a message to leave it in our room. I am pretty sure the homeowners were using the kitchen until 11:45pm and were not quiet. The locks have a beep to every time you unlock a door so you hear that all night long with the other people going in and out of their room. They say there are 6 spots for you to park in, but that is if no one else in the area took them. We had no issue with parking except for Saturday night, must be party night. We only had 2 towels for 2 people for 3 nights. I am not for sure if they would have brought more if asked? I did not ask. Otherwise you come and go as you please and there was no check in. You had a code in the door for you to get to all areas of the house you need to get to.

THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend.

Pubes in shower no toilet paper mattress had no cover on it and smelled of urine no parking the pool wasn’t open and hosts were rude.Checked out the next day this is in a gated lot and is misleading as heck .refused to even give a partial refund tho I was booked for 7 days have pics but can’t upload
