I had a truly excellent experience at the Little Charlie Hotel. The staff were very efficient, and the hotel was very clean, with superior air quality. I often have allergies when I stay in hotels because of dust and or mold, but in this case, the air was extremely clean. The room was also very comfortable and conveniently laid out. The only negative point was the noise, since I was on the 2nd floor, but even that was fine, since the location was perfect for accessing the UN and other landmarks.

The rooftop was such a nice add-on to our stay. It was a great place to enjoy the distant city noise and fresh air. I was able to go up there to journal in the mornings and late at night. Breakfast was simple but very helpful to have. The rooms AC was immaculate ! Everything super clean . overall loved my stay!

I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem. The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available until after 7:30am and around that time they were still setting up so I didn’t get my free breakfast. Otherwise I would still recommend staying and it was a nice short stay and would stay again.

Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and modern. Best part is you can go to Roof Top to relax after a long day of sight seeing which is nicely layed out and decorated.

I 💚 Little Charlie! I asked for a room with a window facing the street.Reservations told me that the single rooms didn't face the street. I didn't want to spend extra for a bigger bed. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to have a king bed with a beautiful view of 2nd Avenue! They upgraded me!! What excellent customer service!! I was so comfortable in the big spa bed. It rained at night, and I was snug and comfy watching the rain fall. It was my first time in NYC. Little Charlie set a great example for the rest of the city. We were centrally located and did a bunch of site seeing. Everyone was kind and helpful showing us around. It was warm outside, and it was so nice to have a spa shower experience at the Little Charlie! Also, the AC worked really well. All of the shampoos and lotions are luxurious. They had a great hair dryer and also a steamer for our clothes. The breakfast is wonderful! Fresh coffee, tea and pastries. You can take breakfast to the roof top for a fantastic view. I'll be back again next time. 10/10

Although they didn't have decaf I'd still rate Little Charlie outstanding because of: great staff, great location, laid back atmosphere and the rooftop veranda.
