For the price this place was very nice. We needed a place to stay on our first night in Maui and chose Maui seaside hotel because it was conveniently close to the airport. When we first pulled up we were concerned. The main building you walk into is nice but the back building which houses the majority of the rooms looks pretty run down on first sight. We walked into check in and the staff is VERY pleasant. The gentleman who checked me in noticed that my zip code matched the area he went to school and that the street I lived on was one over from his. It was such a coincidental run in! Check in was very easy and we proceeded to our room. The pool area is gorgeous. They have lovely bungalows. The lawns are very well maintained. We booked a newly renovated room and the room was very modern with lovely furniture, comfy mattresses and air conditioning that kept the room cool on the humid warm day. The only flaw is that the building in the back really needs an exterior paint job. Other than that I would suggest this place for a lowkey no frills visit!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was very clean with a fridge and coffee maker. The pool access comes with a $25 fee, which felt a little steep, but the pool itself is beautiful and the lounge chairs are excellent, making it a nice place to relax. The Wi-Fi was quite slow during our stay. The air conditioning worked well, but in our unit its placement meant it cooled the bathroom more effectively than the bedroom. One unexpected highlight: no roosters on the property, which is a huge win in Hawaii if you’re hoping to sleep in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Close to airport and free shuttle service to and from OGG airport. Rooms were basic but very clean. Comfy bed. Pool and property well maintained. Ocean/Beach front property. On site restaurant that compared to every place else in HI was inexpensive. Had Loster tail and NY strip steak for $33.00. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

We were stoked be selected as Guests of the Day! That was a delightful surprise. The staff were very friendly with beautiful smiles. The amenities were perfect for our children with a pool for swimming, lawn games, and a movie night with hot chocolate and popcorn. The best was the restaurant they have on property with super ‘Ono local and Filipino style food. The staff there is so gracious and kind! Will stay again!
