Our stay was better than expected. Only had one issue with a bathroom sink that was broken. We reported it but no one came to acknowledge. That made me wonder if it just got lost in the mix. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to a return trip, hopefully sooner than later.

My first time in Vegas and I’m really glad I picked MGM Grand. The main reason I picked the MGM was because of the pool complex and the renovated room. We stayed on the 17th floor with a view of the Sphere. We were only in town for the 2 nights and were there to watch the No Doubt concert so I didn’t get to do as much as I would have liked to do and there was so much to choose from. The property is huge with many restaurants, bars and attractions like the Friends Experience. The location is great since you can take the LV monorail to get around the strip. Just outside you have the ABC store and Target so anything you need is within walking distance. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay again.

I booked my stay with Expidea and when I showed up my reservation went up because they didn't include the resort fee and parking, I think parking should be free if your staying here but they charge.

Our room was amazing biggest shower ever. The staff was fantastic including room service and food was great. My only complaint was the smoking in the casino and that was terrible and nasty. For non-smokers for us to have to inhale is worst for 2nd hand non-smokers and makes me not want to even go to casino and I love gamboling and I spent a lot of money there.. Thanks for the VIP front desk young lady for checkout that was extremely nice and took great care of us. Thanks The Spiller family
