El hotel es hermoso, la ciudad encantadora, la ubicación perfecta, el desayuno horrible y el personal fue agradable pero por una información errónea pagamos una multa de transito

We dearly enjoyed our stay here! My husband and I (and our 6 month old son) stayed here on our anniversary trip for 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as charming and unique! Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone would love old fashioned, charming, storybook feel (like me!). It is located downtown and in convenient walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach! We didn't bring or rent a car and it was perfect for us. They held our luggage for us too when we had to check out but weren't being picked up to go to the airport for several hours, so we were able to continue walking around town without lugging a bunch of stuff. When we had an unfortunate and stressful mishap and misplaced our phone with our plane tickets somewhere in town, the staff were helpful, patient, and accommodating, allowing us to use their devices to help locate it. As I said, would highly recommend!

So quaint and adorable little hotel right on the main strip. I didn’t have to drive anywhere because the hotel had parking and every restaurant I wanted to go to was within walking distance. It’s so close to the beach so being able to visit all my favorite places was super convenient. My room was adorable and super clean! Very up to date, I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here the next time I come to Carmel!

Great location in the heart of Carmel. Very clean and well maintained property, very helpful staff. We failed to take advantage of the daily continental breakfast and the heated pool. Parking is limited, but to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been to Carmel many times and the Normandy is my favorite. Book the cottages way in advance, but the other rooms are awesome as well.

Was a beautiful hotel that has no elevators. But the front staff helped get our bags to our rooms. They were so nice

Enjoyed a great stay here! Perfect location and very clean units. Parking can be a challenge in the day but availability opens towards the evening. Would definitely stay here again!
