Although I was disappointed that the room had a cooktop and not a microwave, only a couple of functioning outlets, and an unplugged mini fridge, the room was very clean and the building was fairly empty and quiet. I would probably stay here again if I had to.

This place is just okay and as expected for the rate. It's the bare minimum: a bed, a dresser, a tv, and a mini fridge. One hand towel, one wash cloth, and 2 bath towels. The shower was great! Tons of water pressure and hot water!

TV didn’t work. No wastebaskets in the unit. Bathroom lights were flickering and needed bulbs replaced. There was no chair to sit on. It was just a bare bones room.

You get what you pay for. And it really wasn't even worth the $97. There was nothing in the room except for a nightstand that had no drawer and a rotting bottom, a faded and ripped computer chair, a dresser missing three drawers and a TV that did not even work. Yes I checked behind it was plugged in and there were batteries in the remote and I tried to turn the TV on from the buttons on the TV, no go. The little mini fridge did work, barely. There was still hair from prior people in the bathroom. The hot water did not get hot for almost 6 minutes. Water pressure was subpar. The parking lot was decaying and was in need of serious repairs. Did thoroughly inspect the bed and the sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs. All in all if you can do not stay here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere cleaner, nicer and newer with a room that has furniture.

No hot water for the shower when I asked for a new room so I could shower I was told "the boiler is on I can get a refund and leave but we are not switching rooms" I ran it for 2hrs never even got warm. I had to wash up in the sink that did have warm water.

DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel at the last minute after spending the first night waiting in our rental car. DO NOT MAKE TGE SAME MISTAKE. Easily the worst travel experience of my life, and it isn’t remotely close.

Nothing in the rooms not even a trash can. Uncomfortable beds which look like beds n jail cells. Nothing nearby within walking distance. Located on a highway so you hear every car driving by in the room. The only good thing was the room cleanliness

no housekeeping service. no desk or microwave in the room. i went to common area in the morning for workspace and someone was sleeping on the floor. I was firs given the key to someone else's room and only found out when i opened the door. canceled my stay and went to another hotel.
