This Hotel, the Oakland Airport Executive Hotel was the place to be back in the day if you were a Raiders fan. The rooms are twice as big, with plenty of furniture, and King Beds or two queens in a lot of rooms. The first thing is how good you feel when you walk into your room. Fresh. Large. Nice. NICE. Every room has a view, safe, clean, lots of paid parking WHICH I LIKE SO SECURITY KEEPS AN EYE ON MY RIDE. And the most chill g staff ever. Respectful hellpfull. Written by Santana. Thank you!!

Staff exemplifies hospitality and professional courtesy, and is always so friendly and enthusiastic about being helpful, it says everything about owners and management. The rooms are huge, clean, and very well appointed. A room here is like a suite at other places. Really big TVs, desks, dressers, table & chairs, nightstands and lamps on both sides of the bed with QUALITY mattresses, full length mirror

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Being very unfamiliar with the Oakland airport area we did not venture out. We enjoyed relaxing with a couple cocktails. We stayed in and had dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Parking was close and safe. The room temperature was very comfortable

The only that I noticed was that the online pictures of the lobby and the rooms were not current. Carpeting throughout was in need of either replacement or a deep cleaning. But other then that the rooms were clean, had plenty of towels and most importantly for me was the shower, toilets, and bathroom floor were very clean as was the bedding.

Outdated old carpets. Squeaky bed. No day to day room service..poor parking. May cost 10 dollars a day out back. Swimming pool and exercise room shut down. Friendly staff. Quieter than most hotels near by.

For the price it was worth it. The outside is dirty and disgusting elevators are nasty outside is very dirty but the room was spacious and clean so was fine with me if you just need somewhere to rest and that’s it.

Liked that the property was close to the airport, this was my reason for choosing this hotel. Hotel room old and needed some upgrading, but was comfortable. Remainder of the property is showing its age and much of the flooring needed replacement.

It was what it was. Not a very safe feeling area. Plane arrived very late and had to scramble to find someplace. Everything was closed.....not the hotels fault.

Overall it was a decent stay however the first night we were there there was only one towel in the room and when I tried to call down to the front desk to let them know that we needed towels the phone did not work in the room it was completely disconnected and broken it seemed and so I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and they literally only handed me one more towel and said that's all they had I was really shocked about that also there's a pool there and that was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to using and was it was closed and I was unable to use it which was very highly disappointing the facility itself needs to be updated very much so and the carpets are filthy and there's garbage around like in the hallways so it isn't very well kept up but however the rooms are clean and the tubs and showers and the bed seem to be decent and it was okay to sleep in other than that that's all I can say

Elevator from hell, room and bed were clean enough. Hallways and carpet in elevator looked like a murder scene though. Air conditioning was hardly doing its job. You get what you pay for. It was fine for one night!
