Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned. No name changes allowed. Pets are allowed. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 per pet is required. (Fee subject to change) The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
