My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary trip and it was amazing! The resort was a beautiful and relaxing location with really wonderful staff. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and accommodating with all my questions and concerns. We made the most of all the amenities that they provided with using the kayaks and the bikes multiple times! The breakfast was simple but very tasty. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. The only downside I would say is the kitchen could use some more utensils for cooking if you plan on making your own food. Other than that I would highly recommend and would love to come back again!

This is a beautiful older hotel which has been updated. Rooms were large, clean and tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The free breakfast was provided by the restaurant (Hideaway Cafe) on site. I had delicious lemon ricotta pancakes with a side of sausage for breakfast. We enjoyed dinner there as well. The owner, Chef Freida made it a point to come to our table and introduce g herself to us. Dinner was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. I would definitely stay at Rainbow Bend again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hidden gem. We stayed in the 2nd floor Oceanfront 1bedroom suite. It would be great for a family. We had amazing views and enjoyed our coffee in the morning/cocktails in the evening on the balcony. We enjoyed watching the windsurfers takeoff and return to the private beach area. We arrived later on the first evening and we followed directions for check in as directed by staff after office closing hours and it went smoothly. The Hideaway Cafe was great for breakfast in the morning. Perfect place to stay in the Keys for relaxation or a stop on your way to Key West. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

A nice little resort with friendly staff. The only negative was that you could not control the ac temperature in livingroom and they are very loud window ac units. Other than that it was a nice stay

OMG! The views! This is a sleepy little roadside place on Grassy Key but only a few minutes from all the fun in Marathon. These are older facilities but they are wonderfully maintained. The staff felt like family and couldn't have been more helpful. The "comp breakfast" was actually a full cooked to order "What would you like this morning" situation. We didn't use the pool or eat at the Hidaway Inn, which is the white tablecloth restaurant on site, but we wish we could have! You want room 10.

Lovely vintage motel/apartments. Built in 1969 but remodeled. We stayed in a 2/2 with kitchen. Full sized refrigerator, sink, gas 4 burner stove top, microwave and nice counter space. Both bathrooms had showers and nice sized sink with vanity. Comfortable pull out love seat in living/dining area. Nice beach chairs with umbrellas on Oceanside. No beach but a beautiful view! Last but not least the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good.

It is so hard to know what the vibe of the place is going to be by the photos and other reviews online. I was thankful I picked the right place for my family to vacation at. Rainbow Bend was laid back, small, quiet, private, and low key. I think they only have like 22 rooms.This was our first time to the Florida Keys and I was so happy to stay right in the middle of the Keys just outside of Marathon! We enjoyed the Rainbow Bend property very much. We could have breakfast under palm trees with an ocean view, pretty fantastic if you ask me. Heavyn and Joy were great resort hosts! Our beach view lodging had a patio area, kitchen, dining area, pull out sofa, master bedroom, and a very nice bathroom. It was just perfect! Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

This Property is at a stunning location, facing the ocean. Has a small white sand beach of its own. The delux room was located on 1st floor giving full view of Sea. Room was equipped with Microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, coffee machine and a small dining table. Overall, we had a excellent stay
