It was a pleasure to stay here. I arrived at the hotel a little late, however, the staff was very attentive and courteous even though the room was not close to the vending machines or ice machines, until the door was closed, it was still acceptable.

It was so quiet at the back. The hotel is very clean and fresh, plus you can hear trains at the back too.

The hotel and rooms were convenient, close to local retail stores, etc. Despite this, some hotel employees make it difficult for us to get a clean air quality because they smoke in front of the entrance and allow others to smoke too. Because non-smokers must access the exit or entrance doorway, it would be nice if they had a shed or location to smoke. In addition, everything was wonderful, including the warmth of the employees and their caring nature in making sure that they delivered what I needed.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel and room were both clean. Even fantastic were the locals! The hotel is a short walk away by train from where we took the train. There is a post office and a convenience store right across the street. The wallgreens are the only stops on the journey to the train. One night, after returning late one night, we felt totally safe when we returned from the train to the hotel. There, there really was a community. Several people were eager to assist us each time we asked for assistance on the train, and we often started a discussion about it afterwards. Grand central station is a short train journey away, and from there, there is anything to do. Several people have only to complain, but we were unable to find anything negative about this hotel. I would suggest it to anyone.
