We absolutely loved our stay at this brand new inn! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and welcoming. The room had everything we could possibly need—a cute little kitchen sink, coffee pot, microwave, plus some thoughtful snacks and two bottles of water to get us started. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean, and the quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to truly relax. It’s clear a lot of care went into designing and preparing this space, and it shows. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.

The Derby Inn was a nice hotel that has recently been updated. The room was clean. They provided coffee, some water, and snacks. Great place at a great price. The hotel is located close to everything you would need.

A lovely motel close to the town center. The property is secured by an electric gate and the rooms have been beautifully decorated. There are extra treats in the room to add a special touch and the hotel was quiet at night. My only (tiny) criticism would be that the ice machine didn't work! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. We would not walk it though, since the area we would walk through did not seem safe to walk through late at night coming back. It has fridge with bigger freezer, Keurig coffee machine, and hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom nice size. There is a place with curtain you can change clothes behind and store some luggage. Keep in mind not a place to hang clothes. Would stay again. Things to do while there: ride the Hot Springs Trolley, drive to the Hot Springs Mountain Tower, visit Garvin Gardens, go to water fountain in Arlington Hotel (choose hot or cold water), visit spring across from Arlington (hottest water -147 but usually 143 degrees), walk Grand Promenade above that spring ( it is paved). Eat at: Ohio Club(great history), Superior Brewery(get a root beer made from the hot springs water), Mamoo's Creamery for icecream(basement of Arlington Hotel). Enjoy!

The gated property was a plus. Keyless entry from the app-10/10! Cleanliness was fantastic. Tv screen was huge. Lots of bath towels, hand towels, & wash rags (not like most where you have 1 set for 1 person) I had 3 sets for 1 person. The room came with some snacks (chips, cookies, muffins, & bottled water). Responsiveness of the staff through text was quick & easy. Overall, I’d recommend. Definitely will book again. It wasn’t very busy, I felt safe (as a single woman, traveling alone, this was a huge plus as well).

Bed was super comfortable. Clean. Smelled good. The jetted tub was great. Nice centralized location. Lighting in the bathroom was kinda dark for those gals that need good lighting to do your makeup. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed solo in a basic room for a June conference at Oaklawn Park. Within walking distance of Oaklawn Park and Waffle House. Conveniently located on Central Avenue/Highway 7, a short distance from downtown (North), and shops, stores and the 70 Bypass/ MLK Expressway (South). Newer facility with everything in the room being new, clean and in working order, and it is a gated facility with a gate code for entry into the inn grounds and a room code for entry into the room. The wall unit blew cold A/C, hot shower with high water pressure, oversized flat screen tv, comfortable king size bed, and apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer. Decent sized microwave. Snacks in the room were a plus and the bedside lamps on nice nightstands were touch lamps with USB C & A ports. Staff always answered the phone the few times I called with questions. Parked right in front of the room with easy and quick transport of belongings into the room. Well lighted facility; I didn’t lack for anything I needed during my stay. I have stayed in several hotels over many years in Hot Springs and rate this one as an excellent value, a true gem that should rise in popularity over time.
