We had a little trouble getting our car a few times caused us to be late when I called down ahead. AC in room didn’t seem to want to get lower than 72 degrees which for July is too hot. Asked for maintenance but no idea if they came or did anything. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel. Lots of great amenities and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is the only place to stay in Memphis.

The Peabody is an amazing property. It's a more expensive but it's location is perfect for most all the Memphis restaurants and sites to visit. Most within walking distance. well worth the extra money.

Stay at this hotel at least once in your life. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were fantastic. The history of this property is unmatched. We will come back for sure when in Memphis. The ducks of course are the star of the show! The staff could not have been more polite. 5 Stars!

The Peabody lives up to it's reputation and then some. Awesome place with excellent service. If I had one criticism, it would be the price of the Sunday Brunch. That was over the top expensive - and I'm not a cheap person. In fact, quite the opposite. Would return when I come to Memphis - but avoid the brunch.

I just got back from a quick 3-day vacation over the 4th of July, and "amazing" doesn't even begin to cover it. From the second I arrived, the experience was flawless. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the room itself was stunning. They pay attention to the smallest details here—even the soap is a cute little duckie! The lobby makes you feel like old-school royalty the moment you walk in. While staying there, I checked out the on-site shops and picked up two incredible sport coats from Lansky Bros. (Clothier to the King)—absolute top-of-the-line quality. The amenities are equally fantastic. The pool and workout room are top-tier, and I loved that the fitness area includes lockers and showers. It’s a small detail, but it means you don't have to walk through the gorgeous building in wet clothes. Because it was the 4th of July, I got to experience the rooftop party for the fireworks. Hands down, it is the best seat in the entire city. Finally, the staff deserves a massive shoutout. The bellhops were prompt and incredibly helpful, but the valet team really went above and beyond. They actually let me leave my car parked there after I checked out so I could pop down to Beale Street for some ribs before leaving Memphis. If you want absolute luxury in Memphis, this is the only place to stay. I will definitely be back!

Staying at The Peabody in Memphis was an unforgettable experience. Seeing the five mallards parade through the lobby was pure magic and absolutely loved the Duck Master. Great storytelling about the history of the hotel. What a fun, unique tradition! My room was the perfect mix of historic Southern charm and modern luxury. The marble bathroom was spacious, clean, and felt like a private spa. I liked the fact that you’re right in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the music and energy of Beale Street. The Peabody Logo Shop had tons of memorabilia and the perfect place to pick up a rubber duck or two to remember your stay. Overall it’s my favorite place to stay in Memphis and my new go-to next time I’m in Memphis!
