Also available in the estate a 35-seat movie theater, a chef's kitchen with a 24-seat dining area, a workout/exercise equipment room/complete body weight workout machine. The Rock Star Lounge room equipped with electric and acoustic guitars, bass, microphones, karaoke machine, and amplifiers.The possibility of hosting larger events such as weddings etc with an extra fee or other out door activities and celebrations. Huge parking lot also 5 acres of add ons include Hot Tub suite with separate entrance or connect to manor. Another add on is also the riverfront boathouse with beach shack decor. The riverfront park includes hiking trails that leads to Lake Koshkonong, to boat house with porta potty bathroom, kayaks, rowboat, canoe, firepit with 18 chairs, fishing poles and tackle, park grill, 4 stool ocean themed bar.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
