This hotel was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment we were there. The staff was great, especially Rhonda at the front desk. She was so helpful, checking us in, answering all our questions about the area and just being so kind and courteous.

Tru in Franklin was a very nice place to stay. The room was spacious and quiet, even though there was a soccer team and a travel baseball team staying there! The shower pressure was very good and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Only complaint is the water pressure other than that the stay was great, bed was comfortable, could use a large blanket on the bed width wise. Good stay. Staff was very helpful for the fireworks on july 4th.

The staff was very kind. My friend and I had a change in plans thanks to the weather, so we wanted to go on a tour downtown the day we checked out. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the office, so it didn’t have to stay in the car. It was very helpful! Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. The only little suggestion would be some more protein options for breakfast but that would just be a plus Thank you for the great stay!

Super clean, nice location, bright and fun decor, entertaining lobby, and delicious free breakfast. My family of four enjoyed our stay very much! We were promised a room cleaning and the bathroom was cleaned but beds were not made. Not a big deal though, we were only there two nights.
