Tidak ada lift di lantai 8, jadi saya harus membawa koper naik turun tangga dari lantai Jarak antara tempat tidur dan jendela sempit, jadi saya hanya bisa tidur. Sarapan disediakan. Fasilitas keseluruhan sudah tua. Handuk, seprei, saklar, dll. Resepsionisnya ramah.

Lovely and kind staff, convenient location For me, too loud to sleep: 호텔 직원분들이 너무 사랑스러울 정도로 착하고 친절합니다. 베트남에서 혹시 안좋은 경험을 하더라도 잊을수 있을 정도입니다. 시설이 낙후되어있어 청결하지 못한 인상을 주기도 하지만 가성비로는 최고입니다. 대부분의 핫플레이스까지 걸어서 10분이내로 무서운 오토바이가 많은 밤거리도 괜찮습니다. 잘 지내다 갑니다♡

In the old quarter, opposite the bus stop, just a 5minute walk to cafe gian and a 15minute walk to hoan kiem lake. Strong staff and good service. Flexible policy. They upgraded my much better room class without any additional fees, my flight was delayed and they just charged vnd 150 k for additional bookings from 12 pm to 3 pm. Breakfast is not included in the package, but it still tastes good to me. Originally from a passenger from saigon visiting hanoi in november 2023, room 401.

Sebagai orang Jepang, saya hampir tidak bisa menerima kebersihan (sepertinya banyak orang yang tidak bisa). Pintu tidak bisa dikunci dari dalam (tidak ada rantai pintu). Saya sangat takut ketika kunci saya diguncang di tengah malam. Sepertinya tetangganya baru saja melakukan kesalahan Sarapan tidak disiapkan seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar, tetapi Anda memilih menu. Pancake tidak enak. Saya hanya menerima buah dan jus buah setiap hari. Saya pikir masuk akal jika harganya sekitar 3.000 Yen.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanoi Stella hotel for three nights, and our hearts are still firmly wrapped in this exquisite establishments warm embrace. Situated in the bustling heart of hanoi, the location provided us with the luxury of exploring the citys charming streets with complete ease. The rooms we were initially given were a haven of comfort, with impeccable hygiene, especially in the bathrooms, which are always a big tick. The jewel in the crown was undoubtedly the staff, whose proficiency in english was matched only by their unwavering kindness. Their welcoming smiles immediately dissipated any travelwearing tension, making our interactions with them utterly delightful. Our adventure beckoned us to Sapa for a few days, but we were eager for the cozy cocoon of hanoi Stella. We booked it again for our final night in the city without hesitation. To our great delight, we were upgraded to a family room, a spacious sanctuary that made us wish we had booked it every day of our stay. The room was a smorgasbord of comfort, with ample space, heavenly beds, and a topnotch air conditioning system that ensured a cool escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The reception was a rebirth of our initial warm welcome, the sweet receptionists welcomed us with tea once more, making our return feel like home. Their attentiveness added a golden touch to our already stellar experience.

I would definitely book this room again. The front desk was excellent. I didnt catch all the names, but lily and hieu were extremely helpful and kind. We were easily signed up for a day trip and a food tour. The room was clean, with a hot shower and a very soft bed. It was close to the entire hubbub of the area, but very quiet at night. We loved hanoi and the stella hotel.

The room is clean, tidy, and fresh, but the mattress is too soft. The waiters are kind and polite. The transportation is convenient. You can enjoy the night view and do some morning exercise. It is very close to hoan kiem lake around the corner.

The service attitude is very good and the breakfast is very delicious, but the aunt doesnt speak english very well. I highly recommend everyone go there when visiting hanoi. There are many places to eat nearby.
