Hotel yang sangat ramah. Sambutan sempurna, staf penuh perhatian dan selalu siap untuk melayani Anda. Kami telah ke sana 3 kali selama kami tinggal di Vietnam. Terletak di kota tua.

Recommended. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean. Smaller hotels like these give a personal touch to guests. The breakfast is also very good. Strategic location, walking distance to most attractions.

If i were to return to hanoi, i would do so again. We stayed in a deluxe room. A very nice and quiet hotel where you can enjoy some peace and quiet in hanoi. The staff is very nice and kind. It is in a very nice neighborhood with a bia hoi bar just a minutes walk away.

I wouldnt have expected much luxury for the price i paid. I was surprised to see that the room (2 double beds) meets 4-5 star standards. We were upgraded to the room even though we didnt ask for it and they had the room we booked. Its spacious, beautiful and well designed. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony offers a view of the vibrant old quarter, but the room is quiet all day and night. Breakfast was good. The staff are very kind and helpful. They always offer to help you even if you dont need it. Some of them even remembered us by name. The manager is around and it seems that this friendly attitude comes from above. This is by far the best place we stayed in vienn. I highly recommend staying here if you visit hanoi.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is a great way to start trying the vietnamese food. If you have no idea about the tour in vietnam, just ask them for help. They can help you arrange all the packs.

This hotel is very charming and the staff are very nice. Daniel, the manager, was very welcoming and took care of us as his team, always smiling. He gave us very good recommendations about Sapa tour and what to do in hanoi. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean. We were upgraded twice. Breakfast is good. I recommend this hotel to all tourists!.

Kamar suite memiliki pemandangan balkon yang indah dan sarapan prasmanan yang disediakan enak. I would stay here again when i visit hanoi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance to everything that the old quarter of hanoi has to offer. Spacious rooms that are very neat and clean with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was better than some and as good as most couldnt complain. I stayed here for four nights and enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great quality and great price.

We asked to take the loot from shopping with them even before checking into this hotel as we were heading to ha Giang before returning to stay at this hotel in hanoi. No worries at all. The staff agreed quickly and was very helpful. Checking in was a simple process, just a quick photo of our passports and everything was ready. The staff really felt welcome when i entered the room. It was great. Walking into the room, there was a burst of floral fragrance, and rose petals were scattered on the beds. The room was, of course, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not widely distributed but was great. Asian and western food available. The staff was really great and made us feel like coming back.

Stafnya sangat ramah, tetapi saya merasa seperti kehilangan nama saya. Fasilitas kamar dan sarapan berada di tingkat yang tidak dapat diterima. If we return to hanoi, we will stay here again. Note that the name Nova luxury hotel is no longer available. It is now known as the siva luxury hotel. Excellent hospitality, spotless rooms, and no issues with electricity or water. Breakfast was excellent, with only a few fruit options (some of which had flies flying around. Apart from that, everything else was fine. Very convenient location, within walking distance of many eateries and coffee shops.
