Good value for money. Keep in mind that you are pretty much next to bui vien street so it will be noisy. The location is fantastic if you're happy to be near there.

Big thanks to Jessica (Ly) for accommodating us, the room was perfect and clean. The location is great, the room is quite spacious. We were happy to stay there and slept very well. We were worrying about the noise coming from local clubs, but It wasn't too noisy.

冷蔵庫に入ってる飲料水はチェックアウトのときに冷蔵庫に入れておかないと揉める可能性があります！ 1階がマッサージ店になっているので、最初に入るときは分かりにくかったですが、内装はきれいでシャワーも温水が出るのが良かったです。

The room, while as pictured was obviously very dated. The walls were all scuffed up, the sheets were very worn. The towels had holes in them. The staff was very accommodating thought.

Room looked nothing like what is posted and is dated. The noise from the street was unbelievable, the windows offer no noise reduction and the inconsiderate bar across the road was blasting out music even after 2am. A vile odour drifts into the room every now and then from the bathroom, was enough to make me feel sick. I booked a deluxe room for 12 nights but checked out after 4 and took the hit, reception never even asked why? Probably because it happens all the time. I would never even think about stopping here again. The only plus point was the aircon in the room, it blew cold air directly over the bed.

This is a terrible hotel. Very rundown located in the back of a massage parlor. Everything is in very poor conditon. Water leaks in the bathroom. Running the shower floods the room. We came back one afternoon and the hotel workers had been in our room unannounced and left the room in a semi state of disrepair. Do not book this hotel!!
