This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.

It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice

We took a sleeper bus from Hanoi, so when the bus needed us off at 06:00 (as we arrived at 03:15 and the driver let us sleep longer), it was kind of the hotel to let us use the bathroom and sort our bags before leaving them at reception. There was no chance for an early check-in thus this was good enough service. We organised a guided tour with them, which arrived at almost 10:00 and not 09:30, but that's fine. When we did check-in after the guided tour, our room was in a great condition compared to our Hanoi hotel. It was spacious, but the only complaint we have is how soft the bed is. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow. The shower was fine, pressure was good and hot water was evidently present. For breakfast included, it was a good spread for a bufffer - coffee, tea, orange juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit (apple, banana and watermelon), Pho Gai (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle) - made on the spot, fried rice, fried noodles, crepes, bread, fried egg, jams, cold cuts, cucumber and tomato. Had a bit of everything to ensure we were stocked up for the hikes we did. Overall, it was a great stay!

The receptionist was extremely helpful, we made a transportation booking with our previous hotel in Hanoi who did not give us a confirmation of the booking. The staff went lengths to help us contact and reach out to the previous hotel. We were really grateful and it had been a pleasant stay at Sapa Hills Hotel!

Hotellet skrev til mig da vi bookede og det resulterede i 3 guidede ture som vi bestemt ikke fortryder. Miss Luu som bestyrede sørgede også for togbilletter til hele vores tur gennem Vietnam. Vi betalte først da vi ankom til Sapa og dermed havde vi en enkelt tur vi ikke engang havde betalt for inden togturen. Det var billigere end vi selv kunne finde. Vil anbefale Levitrans togselskabet som er mere luksus. Morgenmad var ok.

I had a great time. The city center is about a 10minute walk away, and there are restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was really kind and accommodating. The rooms were neat and nice. The best views are on the top floor. Without a doubt, i would return!.

A charming little hotel in the heart of the city. The proprietor is polite and considerate. Their restaurant is also quite decent! We ended up staying longer. Employeefriendly.

This is a lovely hotel with lovely, spotless, and cozy rooms, and a fantastic staff that is incredibly helpful and kind. Every morning, a delectable breakfast is served in the dining room. Excellent location in the town of sapa. Strongly advised.

Our family had a great experience with this hotel. Owner ms. Trang is very great and helpful, she helps arrange my transportation. She also helps with many things! Her english is quite good and easy to communicate with. Her staff are also very helpful! If you want to have a very good experience on your trip to saPa, you must stay here! Kami memesan total tiga hari di kamar deluxe dengan pemandangan gunung. Jadi mari kita jelaskan secara singkat pemandangan gunung: lantai dua adalah pemandangan kota (atau pemandangan hotel di seberang) dan segala sesuatu di atasnya adalah pemandangan gunung (yaitu segala sesuatu yang dapat menghadap ke hotel di seberang). Kecuali satu ruangan di setiap lantai, semuanya menghadap ke jalan. Kami awalnya ditempatkan di lantai empat dan menemukan bahwa ada kamar standar di sini. Jadi kami bertanya dan awalnya ditanya apakah kami ingin tidur di sana selama satu malam dan kemudian pindah. Dan aduh, setelah kami bertanya cukup lama, tiba-tiba kamar deluxe di lantai Sayangnya ada beberapa kekurangan: air panasnya tidak cukup untuk dua orang. Kamar mandinya tidak tertutup rapat dan setelah mandi ada Amazon kecil muncul di kamar mandi. Tentu saja ini normal di akomodasi lain karena seringkali tidak ada kamar mandi. Tapi jika saya memesan kamar dengan kamar mandi, saya ingin bisa ke toilet tanpa kaki basah. TVnya rusak dan baunya sangat menyengat. Kulkasnya busuk dan baunya sangat menyengat. Ada lubang tikus di dinding dan Anda bisa mendengar tikus berlarian. Kasurnya sangat keras. Layanan kamar masuk ke kamar tanpa mengetuk. Keras dari jalan, bahkan di lantai Orang Vietnam suka memeriksa setiap 20 meter apakah klakson mereka masih berfungsi. Sayangnya semuanya dingin atau paling dingin. Pada hari tengah kami, tidak ada cukup tamu di rumah, jadi sarapannya a la carte. Pilihannya kurang, terutama pada hari prasmanan,

We came here for breakfast and it was delicious and well priced, with very tasty pho and omelette. A good mix of western and viatnamese food on the menu and the coffee was absolutely amazing. The service was above and beyond and they made us feel very welcome.
