Customers are encouraged to ensure the date and location of COVID-19 Test before customers make COVID-19 Test reservations because the dates and locations of Test Centers cannot be changed and canceled.
Purchase of COVID-19 Test Voucher Codes are non-refundable.
The customer is fully responsible if there is a loss of COVID-19 Test vouchers, COVID-19 Test vouchers cannot be used due to expiration and misuse of COVID-19 Test vouchers.
