How to Reschedule an Air Ticket on tiket.com
- Log in to the tiket.com app using the account you used to purchase the ticket.
- Access the My Order page by tapping the button at the bottom of the app.
- Select the flight you wish to change and press the Reschedule option.
- Read the Reschedule Terms and Conditions and press Agree to proceed.
- Select the passenger(s) requesting the reschedule.
- Click View Reschedule Fee to continue with the process.
- Search and select the new flight. Proceed to payment.
- After the payment is successful, the new e-ticket will be sent to your email and can be viewed in the Your Orders page.

Airport Check-in
Airport counters will begin check-in 3.5 to 2 hours before departure and close 1 hour before departure time. It is very important to check-in on time
Online Check-in
You can perform online check-in through the STARLUX website and access your boarding pass between 48 hours to 1 hour before departure time to save time at the airport.
Note: Flights to/from the United States are subject to local government regulations, therefore online check-in is available between 24 hours to 1 hour before departure time.
