The gym is oversold. There is only one running belt and stretching machine crammed into a regular room. A small park nearby. The employees are kind and attentive. The room is well-furnished and clean. The onsite restaurant offers a varied menu with Indianbangla, Chinese, and European dishes.

The personnel was friendly and professional, and at least 20 of us were all pleasant and served well. The bathroom was spotless, and the room was clean. The room was also large. It was wonderful to go back to our rooms after a busy day outside in Dhakapuran shaka and unwind on the beds after a busy day of sightseeing. The cuisine was incredibly delicious, with loads of flavours and spices. The staff was also helpful.

I was there for one night. The receptionists and all the employees are very welcoming and helpful. I was greeted with a watermelon cocktail. The room is fantastic, with air conditioning, a good bathroom, a nice shower, hot water, and good toiletries. A complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of water were in the room. Breakfast is intriguing. I used the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel, and it was wonderful. The price for the second bottle of water, which cost 200 taka! When I arrived at the airport, I paid 25.

From the airport, one feels very welcome at this hotel. The person who greets you as you leave does everything to help. The entire staff, including the driver, speaks good English and is happy to talk about their country. The reception desk is efficient and the restaurant service excellent. Breakfast is a real treat. The rooms are large, well decorated and quiet, and one can even soak ones fatigue away in a nice bathtub. Watermelon juice to greet you, tea, coffee and a basket of fresh fruit in the room as well as snacks and drinks that one pays for. Its a safe place but the diplomatic area is rather dead so one doesn't feel like walking between hightailed compounds without a pedestrian in sight.
