To be honest we didnt even realise that Bonnie Doon was a real place but being massive The Castle fans it was just amazing. The park was very quiet which no doubt is Covid related so please show your support and go visit them!

A last minute decision to do a weekend at Buller had us struggling to find accommodation on a Saturday night. The delux cabin was luckily available and was a great choice. Check in was friendly and easy, cabin was toasty when we arrived to peel off the snow gear. Full linen and pillows were provided and tea/coffee etc. Beds were comfy and shower was hot, not much more to ask for. Drove straight out in the morning back up to Buller, just over an hour. Would recommend.
