Please note that reception is located at 140 Jonson Street and the office hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm on Sat and closed on Sunday. Guests arriving outside these will be provided with a key pick-up safe at the entrance to each property. A text message will be sent to the mobile phone number supplied, with the "safe code" with details on the day of arrival. Therefore, please make sure to provide your estimated time of arrival upon booking. Check-in time is after 2:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged.

You can check in at the address stated on your booking confirmation.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period.
