What an amazing part of the world! The renovations look amazing, you can tell that the new owners definitely enjoy being part of this lovely place with all the love and effort that they recently made. Great place to relax.

Driving through the road and getting to the accommodations we were a little unsure of where to go and we approached a sign board directing us to our chalet. Heron we came with contactless entry to our unit. The chalet was clean and charming but quite outdated. The wood fire was wonderful inside, but it took some time to start. The amenities were good but basic, and I was concerned about the sheer curtains for privacy and heat control. Our chalet overlooked the still water, which was great with a private jetty and a communal unkempt gazebo area. Walking through the property, we found it to be very unkempt and/or heavily cleared with machinery in view. Unless you use the smart to, there are no channels, movies, or to available. However, the phone reception is not functional, not necessarily a bad thing Overall, the property and chalets are overpriced for what is delivered, I think it's on to a winner, but the price should be improved. The hot tub advertisement with photos on tripadvisor showing a proper spa was the biggest disappointment, and we were met with blowup pools on the patio.

I recently escaped from the city to stay at Donlly Lakes Chalets. The nature and tranquility of the place blew me away. When I walked around the property and became completely absorbed by it, I felt my stress fade almost immediately and my sense of time disappear. I will definitely return.

If going on the Donelly River cruise, this is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in a chalet with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It had its own jetty and a stunning view of the lake. It is common for a self-catering establishment to have barely enough pots and plates to prepare and serve food. All the chalets were well-equipped and had great two days. The spa's continuous operation apparently was to avoid reheating costs as the intermittent pump sabotaged the tranquility a little. Beautiful walks are available all over the property, and it is close to a variety of attractions.

Very good decision. We recently stayed at Donelly Lakes Lodge in a 2-bedroom spa chalet, and we had a fantastic experience! We had a nice morning coffee at our private bubbly spa with views of Donelly Lake! Each cabin has a canoe, and we were able to slow swim up and down the lake! We had our own jetty, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of watching the sunset over the water as we drank our wine! We had absolute privacy despite the caretaker's kindness and kindness! The wood fire is very pleasant, the furniture is contemporary, and there was even a picnic basket full of snacks blankets, utensils, and drinking supplies ready for us to pack our picnic! I'm a picky traveller and was very impressed!.
