My family and I had a lovely stay very comfortable apartment in a great location and we had amazing views, the only recommendation I would have is upgrade is needed for the apartment we stayed in just to freshen it up and there were a few items that had mould build up from wet areas that have not been dried properly example dryer and aircon other wise staff are amazing very friendly and helpful and the amenities were useful. I will say we booked online through a seperate company but I would love to book direct next time.

Great room, gym and pool. Staff are very friendly too, however there is only One parking spot per apartment and that gets difficult if you take have two cars.

Great location next to the beach and a short walk to cafes, restaurants and Cavill Avenue etc. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, old but clean, all the kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances and supplies we could want. We were really happy with the room. There were renovations on for the Commonwealth Games so the pool, tennis court and gym were not available on weekdays between 7am and 5pm, however this seems to be common throughout the Gold Coast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We reserved this apartment complex for a fivenight stay over christmas. We had a threebedroom superior airconditioned apartment. It was roomy, with fresh bedding for the beds and bathrooms. It was spotless. However, i would say that it needed a thorough refresh because the walls were marked, as was the carpet, which also appeared to have some burn marks from an iron. The 14th floor had stunning ocean views, which was fantastic. The zebra crossing with direct access to the beach was just outside. The cafe was about 50 meters away, making it ideal for your morning coffee. The kitchen amenities were basic, and we had to purchase additional baking trays and racks. I also packed my own tea towels, additional plates and cutlery, a coffee maker, soda stream and whisk just in case. We had a roolout bed, which one of the children slept in. So it does cost to bring extra items with you if you plan to cook every day, especially Christmas lunch!, and if you are driving. Our family flew up from Sydney, so if they didnt have a car, it might have been more difficult to take extras. This is not a hotel. And its definitely not fourstars, but its still a good deal for a christmas reservation if you cant afford more than $12 k! By australian standards, it is a holiday apartment complex. The building has undergone significant renovations, and thats because highrise buildings on the gold coast take a lot of abuse from the elements. We had an apartment in the complex that i fitted out (interior designer me! ), so i was familiar with its location and layout. We had a fourwheeler, so we were able to take a lot with us. If you plan to cook every day, especially Christmas lunch, it is definitely worth the extras. Its not a hotel. And its definitely not a fourstar rating, but its still a good value for a holiday reservation if you cant afford more than $12 k for something else. Its a holiday apartment complex, which is quite old by australian standards. The pool was great for the kids because the ocean was wild and the beach was closed most of the time we were there.
