Please also note that payment must be upfront. · This is a non-smoking guest room. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. The guest will be charged $300 for smoking inside a non-smoking room. · Please kindly advise the number of guests. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave the hotel. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. The hotel does not tolerate excessive noise or disturbances from guest rooms. If a noise complaint is received, guest will be asked to leave the hotel. · No pets are permitted. · If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment until you depart for late departures. If you choose not to reserve, we will gladly store your luggage for you. Failure to check out by 10am will result in $20 charge per hour. If you have not checked out by 12pm, you will be charged for a full night. · Please remember to carry your key with you any time you leave your room. A fee of $50 applies for each lost card. · You will be charged for any damage to the Hotel's property caused by you or your guests. Please kindly note that we will make a claim for security deposit if there is any items damaged or missing. .
