It's a good place and well described too. However, there are a few things we didn't like. First, the property needs to be fully upgraded. It was a bad smell of mold when we opened the door. I was so upset when I went to the Gym and just one treadmill works. Nothing else is working, no bike, no leg press machine plus everything pretty old and rusty. Second, the stuff is very friendly but very bad explaining and communicating how everything works at the club at the check in. We stayed 6 days and when we checked in, the front desk lady never told us that we had free drinks and snacks everyday from 5pm-7pm at the bar. Third, I didn't like the attitude of the stuff in charge of the beach chairs and umbrellas. When you ask for chairs and umbrella, they don't even look at you or answer you. They are very mean plus they removed everything by 4:30pm. At least they should leave them by 6pm. What I did appreciate is that our plane was at 6pm and we were suppose to check out at 10am but, we spoke to the manager and he was so nice to let us check out at 2pm without an extra charge.

The staff was great and friendly but the property itself is very outdated and needs a lot work to it. My villa was not fully cleaned when I arrived. Beach access was easy to get to and the beach is clean and nice. Outside of that for the price I wouldn’t stay there again.
