The location of Brewster Mountain Lodge is perfect! Right in the middle of the downtown activity. We did use their underground parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but the hike to find the Breakfast Nook took forever. If you have any walking issues, this will be a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is located 1 block off the Main Street so it’s more quiet than those on Banff Ave. We had a sitting area downstairs with the bed in the loft upstairs which was nice. Very spacious room and it had a nice balcony where you could sit outside and people watch. The staff were so friendly & helpful in answering questions. Nice breakfast every morning as well.

I stayed at Brewster Mountain Lodge 6/20/26 to 6/25/26. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would happily stay there again. The good: - The location is very central in the town of Banff, easy access to anything - The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the patio - it was nice after a long hike to just sit on the patio and relax - The staff were very helpful and friendly - The availability of a complimentary hot breakfast every morning was a very nice surprise - Communication before my trip was great - I got texts and emails ahead of time about road construction workarounds, options to upgrade my stay (more on that later) The bad (and these are little things!): - the elevator broke down during my check in and I had to haul my bags up the stairs (they did offer to help me though!) - limited underground parking. They did offer in a text pre-trip to upcharge me a small amount for "guaranteed parking". I'm glad I did, because I was told at check in that the parking was otherwise full - The underground parking was very narrow - I'd recommend renting the smallest vehicle you can get away with. I had a VW Taos, and getting in and out was very tight. Not unique to Brewster, I've had similar experiences with other places in the Banff/Canmore area - my room faced Bear Street, and it could get noisy when I was trying to sleep. Not a bother to me, but if you're noise sensitive pick a room facing a different direction Overall very happy!!

The perfect getaway right in the heart of Banff. We had a suite which didn’t disappoint. A beautiful balcony with the mountains in the distance. Right across from 3 Bears Brewery. Walking distance to all of Banff. A great coffee shop right across the street. Housekeeping does an amazing job of cleaning the rooms. Treats at the front desk nightly along with S’Mores to make, added a nice touch. The staff was exceptionally nice. Word of advice…parking in the garage is quite tight. Don’t bring a truck. Highly recommend Brewster Mtn Lodge!!!

This lodge was centrally located to within walking distance of nearly everything. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The only negative I have is the construction going on made it difficult to get to the parking garage and lobby entrance. Otherwise it was perfect!
