The best thing about the apartment is it's proximity to the restaurants, bars and boutique shops of Yorkville. Excellent food and there was live jazz each night. Great people watching too. The apartment itself was clean, though not spotless, and comfortable. It seemed to us a typical rental, slightly worn and dinged up, laminated floors for ease of cleaning, but very acceptable for the price. Nice clean white sheets and lots of soft clean towels, cushy couches. It was a bit noisy at times due to building construction next door (though that won't last). Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this place and would book it again if in Toronto.

Great location. Nice, sunny corner unit. Very easy check in / check out. Not the cleanest apartment.

This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Therefore, there is no service. The check in routine was extremely confusing and difficult. You will not meet anybody representing this unit, all communication is done by text and email. You check in alone and check out alone. There is no housekeeping, The unit comes with very strict rules on bringing a visitor into the unit.. There is no parking. I had to utilize a city parking garage 3 blocks away. However, the unit was comfortable and quiet. The management of the unit does allow pets with no issues, The texts from the representative were polite and business-like. The value is that you get a full residence suite with a kitchen and spacious living/dining and bedroom versus paying as much for only a hotel room. Now knowing the routine of checking in and out and parking, I would feel more comfortable staying there again after first experiencing a very difficult and unconventional arrival. Keep in mind, this property offers no hotel amenities: No concierge or front desk, no parking, no pool, no fitness center, no daily housekeeping.

Stayed at this unit for two days at the end of October. Unit is very basic, no frills with white floor tile & basic IKEA style furniture. The unit is dated, showing it's age in both upkeep and cleanliness. Cleaning could have been more thorough, i.e. cupboards with crumbs, dust in the corners and closets, improvement is really needed in this area. View is interesting, but living area windows do not have any window coverings and with floor to ceiling windows anything you do in this section is visible to the outside world with no privacy. Only the bedroom provides window coverings for privacy. Television was non-functional as there were no remote controls in the apartment (and no buttons on the tv), and upon contacting the owner the response was regrets with a call in to the service provider, so no entertainment available. Unfortunately, I would not recommend given other choices in the area, and would not stay here again.

The pictures do not really represent this property well, as there was quite a bit of wear and tear all throughout. Overnight parking nearby was also advertised in the vrbo ad as $20/night, which was incorrect. The floor was also damaged and had a few uneven divots with screws showing, which resulted in me injuring my foot. There are also no curtains in the main foyer area of the condo, which resulted in zero privacy and a ton of overwhelming sunlight during the day. For how much is being charged per night, I will not be staying here again.

Nice view and location, but for the value, it needs a deep cleaning and a complete update to the space. Check in and out was a pain as well. Until these things are fixed, I would stay elsewhere.

The space was clean and beautiful however it was extremely cold and when I contacted the person responsible for the space they offered no solution. There were no extras blankets and the heat was not on. The blanket that was on the bed was thin. Unfortunately I will not book this place in the future.

Unclean. Dust or dirt all over. Cupboards had a lot of dust. Kitchen cupboards need to be cleaned inside. It is a very tired building. Inside they did their best I think but there are some hazards on the floor

This property was so dirty I wouldn't even stay. Had to find another hotel in downtown Toronto at the last minute. The light switch had huge dirty hand prints upon entering the unit. Walked into the unit & it was absolutely filthy. There was a gross old broom sitting on a pile of dirt & rags that had been pushed into the corner. I called the property manager & took photos, I'm still waiting to hear from the owner regarding a full refund. This property shouldn't even be represented by Expedia.
