Per building regulations, this apartment is allowed a maximum of ten registered guests. No visitors or additional guests are allowed in the building or the apartment. One week before your arrival, we need the names of each guest as they appear on their passports or national IDs. Only guests registered before arrival will have access to the apartment and social areas of the building. We will pre-register you with the management office, and the security desk will check you in. Our housekeeper will meet you in the apartment to give you the keys and answer any questions.All minors must always be accompanied by their parents, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001. Otherwise, they must present the following documentation without exception:Permission letter with authenticated signature of the parents or one of them.Copy of identity document of the father who sends the authorization.Copy of civil registry to verify kinship.Additionally, regarding the treatment of accommodation of foreign minors in co-ownership, we inform that Migration Colombia requires that it be done with the presentation of the following documents:• Physical passport of the minor, with a valid COLOMBIAN MIGRATION stamp.• In the case of Venezuelans, they must have a passport with a valid stamp or a permit for temporary protection (PPT). Both original documents.We appreciate that guests comply with these rules in a timely manner, in order to avoid setbacks and/or unpleasant situations that may be generated by the prohibition of entry due to non-compliance with these requirements.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
