Brand new one-bedroom apartments located in the east part of Split, nearby two largest shopping centres in Dalmatia (Mall of Split and City Centre One). The apartments are located on the fourth floor of a peaceful building. To ensure the safety of our guests as well as the building tenants, we have installed security cameras on the fourth floor. We request our guests to refrain from hosting any kind of parties or creating excessive noise during their stay. The apartments can accommodate up to 3 people and they consist of one bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), a living room with a Smart TV and a pull-out sofa for one person to sleep on, a dining area, a modern and fully equipped Dankuchen kitchen (stove, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the utensils you might need), a bathroom with a bathtub, washer-dryer and a hairdryer, and a large balcony with relaxing lounge set where you can enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. Each apartment has a free parking space in the garage, which is easily accessible by elevator. If you want to have an active vacation, private hours with a tennis trainer and tennis equipment are also available upon request for an extra charge. For all those travelling on business, we have an option of providing you with a company invoice (VAT included), and we secured a stable and fast Wi-Fi.
