First off, the positives are that the hosts were lovely and very helpful, and the views are incredible. The negative is that the pool is filthy and noisy, and almost all of the pool furniture is damaged. Our villa number 6 was rusted with broken doors and windows, so we only had access to one of the two balconies, and there was a foul smell in the bathroom, but it was clean. Parking was a nightmare, with a very steep drive and not enough spaces. Also having to pay over 1100 in cash for our one week-long stay seemed strange. Overall, we were disappointed, and with some much-needed tac, this might be a fantastic place.

Everything is fine, including the nice garden. You have to spend money. The pool is green. The furniture is old and bad. The bedroom was designed by Dannunzio, full of velvet, and hot. The kitchen and fridge are small. Internet does not work. The AC cannot reach all of the rooms, and the plugs are bad. Parking is limited when full.

Unusual and different from the photos. When we arrived, the pool was extremely green, which the owners claimed was caused by heavy rain, but it doesn't account for the muckdirt all around the sides. The green colour eventually changed, and we saw the pool's floor being cleaned by a machine every morning. The pool area is very worn out, with broken furniture, flooring, and ashtrays full of cigarettes ends and worn cushions. The accommodation looked old and some parts were filthy. The facilities were adequate for our five-night stay, which included two meals. Despite the fact that the apartment is tiny, five nights were enough. The bedroom also suffered from the absence of drapes on the glass door, which caused the sun to streak in very early for those sleeping in the living room. It was enjoyable to stroll down the hill to the town. Very quiet area which was lovely. Yes, the front door has a sea view, but it is visible from cars and through trees. The patio area was not as pleasant to sit outside because it was in a parking lot. Parking was a bit of a free for all and up a steep hill. The host was lovely and friendly, but the location can be amazing if it had a tidy up. The pool views are beautiful. application said it accepts cards, but when I handed over my card, the host was not impressed,

I highly recommend this apartment. This apartment is a nice place, and I really feel at home in this place. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The pool is really nice and has a beautiful view of the patina. The free parking in the property. This host is an amazing kind person, and I will never forget him here again.
