The Owner/Manager had such such an amazing personality. She went out of her way to accommodate us especially with how busy the hotel was. I believe her name was Angelica and what an angel she was. Out upgraded room was also superb! Spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there if I have the chance again.

The room is nice and clean. The environment around is amazing. Cows and Lamas, you are located between Cotopaxi and Ilina volcanoes. Breakfast is ok. Beware of dinner, we were charged twice taxes 22 and the guy didn't explain why we were in quiet, otavalo before and never had that the food wasn't that top and it's expensive for what it is.

There is a view of Cotopaxi Mountain from the lodges lovely setting. Being a few miles from the closest town, youll most likely be dining there. The accommodations are modest yet tidy and tidy. The employees there are the greatest asset. After a tour was canceled, the proprietor, Angie, aided us in rearranging the entire trip. Definitely stated!.

I booked travel and tours from quite with ecuador hop, but at the last minute they canceled everything due to insufficient numbers. I had a stay set up at the lodge so I called to see if they could help with rebooting my tours and assumed I would have to use the public bus system. Even though she was out of the country and on transit, she arranged for me the next day to quilotoa and back to the lodge. The next day a hike up the base camp of nearby Cotopaxi. Next, a tour to the banks from the lodge. All the tours were great and the lodge itself is remote and beautiful. I did meet her on the last day there, and she's also friendly. By the way I did end up using public buses from banks on, and they're convenient, inexpensive, well-maintained, and safe.

The hotel is fantastic, the view is beautiful and clean. The service is very good. The owner angie is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every minute at the lodge. We had the fortune of a celebration in the nearby town which had the most amazing fireworks and we got to enjoy the local dance.

No había toalla de manos en el baño. La atención no estuvo mal pero estaría mejor si la señora no estaría presente. Parece brava y le falta carisma para estar en servicio al cliente. Los desayunos muy básicos. Si estás pagando por el desayuno esperas un buen plato de frutas, incluso que ofrezcan leche, están en una de las mejores zonas ganaderas.

es un lugar ubicado en una zona privilegiada, En general un lugar acogedor. La habitación bastante pequeña, con el lavamanos fuera del baño, ambientes aseados, aunque no siempre cambiaron las toallas. Es importante que puedan organizar de mejor manera los horarios para el uso de las instalaciones comunes y evitar aglutinamientos. La atención del personal es cálida.

Ellos confirmaron la reserva, al momento del ingreso comentó que tenían problema con las reservas y que no habían actualizado los detalles en las páginas. No se pudo realizar el hospedaje.
