Everything included except Laundry FJD 10 wash and dry per load in house laundry service provided.
House Considerations
No smoking or alcoholic drinks allowed on the property.
Kindly leave your shoes at the door or inside your room.
Please do not have food or drinks inside bedrooms, kindly enjoy the same in the designated dining areas
No noise or disturbances at all times as to consider other guests/tenants and neighbours (talking on phone/closing doors/etc.)
In the kitchen there is a Do Not Disturb sign to consider tenant next door
No extra guests allowed on property for security reasons
Kindly leave washroom and bathroom doors open when NOT in use to indicate it's vacant for others to use.
Please leave washroom/bathroom clean for everyone
Hang bath towels outside in the porch to dry
We leave the hallway light on as a night light for everyones convenience
Please lock main gate/front and back door when not used and lock your bedroom door when leaving
Please do not light any naked flame in the house as to avoid any fires because of wooden floors
Take due care of all amenities provided
Do not leave aircon on in the bedroom when going out. Save electricity please.
