Good location for the price but still expensive so the least we expected was a clean apartment. The floor was filthy, there were large clumps of dust everywhere and the bedding looked as if it has had decades of use. The cutlery was dirty and under the sink smelt like sewage which meant there was an unpleasant odour throughout. There is no curtain on the window meaning light is let in early in the morning and there is a lack of privacy. The code for the keys was meant to be sent 24 hours before check in but I had to contact them a couple of hours before because they had not sent to me. I received an automated email with the code a day after check in! There is a code for the ski locker room but there is no ski locker for this apartment so you cannot safely store your equipment. Overall very disappointing - they may wish to invest in better cleaners! If you think it looks small, in reality it’s even smaller.

Communication was bad, very stressful not returning emailed clarifications, otherwise location excellent, tiny space but not unexpected. Shower was blocked badly, had to improvise. Otherwise very clean and warm.

Malgré les photos de l'établissement, il n'y a pas de piscine du tout dans l'établissement. L'appartement était en mauvais état et sale : literies creusées, trou dans le mur, vaisselles sales, et une chaussette sale par terre (du précédent locataire probablement), certaines fenêtres sans rideau ou volet. Aucun des équipements minimums attendus : pas de serpillère, pas de tapis de bain, pas de tire-bouchon, pas de tiroir à couvert (en vrac dans un placard) consigne à ski inaccessible (nous avions une clé, mais elle n'ouvrait aucun des casiers à ski de l'immeuble, nous avons essayé) pas de kit d'hygiène, même en option payante : donc pas de papier toilette, pas de liquide vaisselle, aucun torchon gros problème de communication avec le loueur (joignable uniquement par téléphone, personne sur place) : il ne nous avait pas prévenu que le kit drap ne serait pas disponible, et n'a rien fait pour nous aider à trouver des draps ! également attention au parking : impossible de se garer sur place. nous avons finalement trouvé un parking couvert à 27€/jour
