Its nice to have a garden, simple but clean, wellequipped studio and apartment, plus a great swimming pool. A short drive will get you to Intros with shops and taverns, plus a very close beach in Karabasa, 15 to 20 minutes drive from many attractions. Unfortunately, it was fully booked. We had a great experience here and would have remained more.

This is a family run business that is very friendly but practically no Englishspeaking owners located in the olive garden. It is very peaceful though it's difficult to locate at first if driving by car with rps parameters given by application. There is also no sign leading to the hotel, only a small one if driving from Adios Nicolas, but it's easy to miss. Besides, we came from irapetra and there was nothing. The dirt road that leads to the hotel is kind of hidden, we had to ask someone how to get to the Athina villas to find it. The apartments are sufficiently furnished and quite spacious. There is a good swimming pool and a bunk room. It's a wonderful choice for a romantic getaway as well as holidays with friends or children. 4, 5 out of 5 stars to me. Important thing is there are many mosquitoes so be prepared with some mosquito equipment.
