The service was very pleasant. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was strategic. The wifi worked well. The only downside is that I wish they gave me an iron. This place is still very good value for the money.

One of the best hotels in the city with affordable prices. Surrounded by quiet hills on the top of the main road. There is a good reception desk, it is only open from 8 to 8. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet. The room is spacious although the bathroom lacks a proper shower area. Cleanliness and value for money.

The Villa Mutant wasn't what we expected. Small room not so clean dirty walls without amenities. The only positive is its location. Its near the center and not far from the public transfers and 10 minutes walk to Kalntera. The wifi was free and decent. The swimming pool was dirty and not appealing. It seems that the owner doesn't want to renovate it but if he does, Villa Mutant will be full booked! The girl at reception was friendly and professional. She informed us about the hotel information and provided maps.

We stayed here for 5 days and were very disappointed with Villa Mutant. We visited Santorini in mid April and it was still a little cold at night. Our room was totally freezing and had no heating. There was also no hot water for shower. We contacted the owner about this, but he never replied. The hotel is also not in the city. The walk to Fiera was only about 15 minutes but that was manageable. As two women we didn't feel the safest waking up to the hotel at night due to the area and instead tried to come back before it was too dark. Reception was also always closed. Overall I would recommend spending your money on a nice hotel instead of trying to save. Santorini is not a budget travel destination. However, you get what you pay for. If you don't have enough money to stay somewhere better and don't mind not showering, villa mutant would be fine. It was relatively clean. Also if you decide to stay there, they require you to pay in cash so make sure you have enough before you arrive.

Positive big and clean room with four beds, good AC, clean and nice sized bathroom. The view from the shared terrace is nice. Negative no proper window like being in a bunker! Dangerous in case of fire no escape. No table to eat by, no private space outside if you want to have breakfast with your family. The pool was small, dirty and ice cold. There was a lot of noisy traffic passing just outside the villa. The outdoor space felt dirty, no flowers, pillows or attempt to make the space feel comfortable. The receptionist refused to help with luggage. There was no possibility to buy a cup of coffee or snacks. You could buy water, bear or coke, but even this possibility was closed after 6 am. Conclusion Villa mutant is fine if you just need a bed to sleep for the night.
