Location of hotel is really next to Hakuba Goryu Limori Ski Resort. Hotel lobby is providing Heater and Hot drink, perfect for those who take rest and felt cold after Ski. If you arrive by bus make sure call hotel for pick up arrangements for bus stop because no uber want to pickup order. The bus stop is around 2KM from hotel. The room is not providing bed bunk, so it is bit crowded inside with mattress for 4 people. Bathroom is small but clean with water heater and warm toilet seat lid. Make sure you book for breakfast and dinner in hotel unless you can find taxi to take you to restaurant. You can have lunch in the ski resort area.5.0/523 Mei 2024

Came here on winter and this hotel is superb, it is a four season group chain. Room is big, clean and has huge window overlooking snow outside. It is equipped with simple kitchen set and microwave, they provide you with yukata and other amenities. There is indoor and outdoor onsen of course with magical view. Hotel is inclusive with pick up and drop off to Hakuba Station or bus stop (they help us to drop us off while we carry our ski gear). Staffs are super helpful always smiling, there is this old grandpa working in the front desk is that gave us the best service ever. For the price this hotel is amazing.5.0/526 Agt 2023

All in all, I can't complain about this location!. Happo bus terminal is less than five minutes' walk from the hotel, where you may board the bus to different snow slopes. Restaurants and snow rental companies are also minutes away. If you want to head into Echoland or other nearby eateries, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service that provides drop off and pick-up. The personnel is extremely welcoming. Particular thanks go to dana and yu, who are the ones I dealt with the most. They were wonderful, very accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit. So thank you ladies, for making our stay enjoyable! Breakfast options were excellent. I enjoyed the numerous variations of soups each day. I made use of the hot baths there, which is wonderful, especially after a day on the slopes.4.4/527 Mei 2023

The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful. They were really helpful in making restaurant reservations and going above and beyond to assist us. My brother and I had forgotten our passports in the hotelsafe and were already on the bus back to Tokyo. The staff is also very friendly and nice. Also, the room is nice and clean, the bed is very comfy. On the first floor, there is a convenient location for the ski slopes, rhythm rentals and the evergreen ski school. The bar lobby staff named Roman and the bar staff named Kai were very kind. I had a great time when I spent 5 nights there on January 23 for a single snowboarding vacation. The location is excellent: close to the slopes, the rhythm rentals, and the evergreen ski school. The bar lobby staff named roman and the bar manager named Kai were very friendly and pleasant people. I am a friendly, helpful, and warm person. This property was fantastic for a very brief one-night vacation with my family. Even though I am not into it, it was wonderful to have it for my daughter and wife. They loved it. I enjoyed the vistas in the morning. We arrived on a rainy day, but the morning was spectacular! The hakuna valley area is lovely, and the view from the room was pleasant to wake up to. As a previous Hilton and Marriott Hotel employee, I was quite happy to see the personnel's attention to detail. The kitchen staff must have been in excellent communication with the front desk because they knew I was coming, and my god the food was fantastic. Even if I return for a day trip to hakuna, I'll visit the hakuna barroom at the bottom of the hotel. Both the tacos and the burgers were incredibly delicious. Although the beer selection was also excellent, I only tried three of the beers they had left over. It appears to be regional made, internationally brew beer. Theres a patio area where you can dine and drink, and various activities are planned. This is convenient for my kids.4.8/523 Jan 2023

We were very impressed with the service from the pick-up and drop-off services provided by this hotel. We also chose the full breakfast which was perfect before going snowboarding, and the view from the balcony in our room was amazing. In general, we have had a great time. We remained here for six nights with our two kids. The Happo bus terminal, the neighborhood convenience store Dawson, and Nikyama ski lifts were all within a short stroll of the convenient location. Although not many hooks or hangers to hang ski gear, the room was adequate in size. Jess and Remi andrew were helpful and welcoming. There was also a laundry available for 500 yen each wash. My family of four stayed in a family room at the Kokoro Hotel. The hotel manager, solomon and his team were very helpful. Knowledgeable, knew what we wanted to do and were very helpful with ski hire, restaurant reservation, ski school, transportation and general advice. They made a big difference in our trip. I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights for my final winter ski trip. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the hakuna train station. Even though the hotel is very obliged to send a driver down to pick you up or drive you into town. There are transport to all ski fields, just check the front desk. I recommend renting a ski near the hotel for a discount if youre not picky about what type of ski you get. The best part of the hotel is the outdoor start with a view of the hakuna valley and the mountain. Great view and very relaxing.4.6/53 Sep 2022

We stay here for 2 nights in a standard room, the hotel staff pick you up at the Hakuna train station and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The breakfast and dinner selection was nice, the food is good quality and the staff is friendly. The tempura, try it! There are 2 restaurants in this building that you can try, both indoor and outdoor. However, shuttles to nearby ski resorts and back can be confusing, be sure to clarify before leaving.4.8/530 Mei 2022

I cannot suggest the Tokyo hotel enough! Excellent position in front of the wakka side of harpoon. Every shuttle bus stops at the hotel, which is unusual for other hotels and frequently visits. It is extremely convenient that every taxi driver is aware of where the hotel is. The location is excellent if you intend to ski at a number of resorts because it is practically in the middle, making access to the furthest resorts on either side in 3 minutes. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind, and kind. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and greatly improved our trip. It was lovely to see the hotel beginning, which has been named one of the best in hakuna and deserves that distinction. It is ridiculously easy to get to the rhythm ski rental, which is used by most people on the mountain. Additionally, there is a location at the hotel where you can leave your rental equipment after your departure, which rhythm then comes and collects. Both the dry room and the ski lockers were great for our skis and boots. Although you must bring your own washing powder, the washing machines were also fantastic.
