1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
3. No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless discussed with the Host In Advance.
4. No Loud parties or events.
5. Quiet time after 10 pm.
6. No eating or drinking in bed. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
7. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the terrace or near pets.
8. Clean your dirty dishes before Checkout.
9. Do not use the Premises for any illegal activity.
10. Guests should dispose of the Garbage in the trash bin.
11. No smoking inside the bedroom. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the property.
12. Turn light Off and A.C/Heat Off when away.
13. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
14. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to agoda.
