1. Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
• Please inform us 30 minutes before your check-out time.
2. Occupancy:
• The tiny house is suited for 4 guests only. Please ensure the number of occupants matches your reservation.
3. Noise:
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect our neighbors and other guests.
4. Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tiny house. You may smoke outside in designated areas.
5. Pets:
• Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Cleanliness:
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the tiny house. Dispose of trash properly and leave the house as you found it.
• No shoes inside the house.
7. Kitchen:
• Please wash any dishes you use and clean up any spills in the kitchen area.
8. Utilities:
• Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use.
9. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages to the property. Please report any issues or damages immediately.
10. Visitors:
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.
11. Parking:
• Parking is available in designated areas only. Please follow the parking instructions provided.
12. Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect the peaceful environment.
13. Gardening Work:
• Please note that occasional gardening work may occur during the day.
14. Emergencies:
• In case of emergency, contact us immediately.
15. Compliance:
• Please follow all local laws and regulations during your stay.
