House Rules
- No loud music outdoors after 10 PM, though guests can play music inside the villa.
- No smoking inside the villa. Guests can smoke outdoors, on the balcony, or on the lawn.
- No pets allowed.
- Any damage to property belongings will be chargeable.
- No outsiders allowed.
- No outside food allowed.
- No weapons or drugs allowed.
- Jacuzzi and bonfire are chargeable at 1500 each.
- Guests have access to the kitchen only for use of the microwave and fridge, or to cook for infants. The rest of the kitchen is operated by staff.
- Guests can order from our à la carte menu. A chef is available at the property.
- This is a 4-bedroom villa with 2 living rooms. For more than 8 persons, a charge of 1200 per bedding will be applied for extra bedding, up to 14 persons.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
