To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below: - This villa has 2 bedrooms for maximum occupancy of 4 people. If staying more than 4 people, max. only accepts additional 2 people with an additional charge IDR 150,000/person/night for adults over 12 years and IDR 80,000/person/night for children aged 4-12 years (extra bed are not provided). - Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
- Bringing animals/pets to the villa is not permitted. - Smoking is only permitted in open areas, not permitted indoors. - Please turn off all air conditioning when not in the villa, - We expect any damages/breakages/loss caused by the guests during their stay, to be replaced by the guests or cost of replacement covered by the guests.
- Late check-out is upon request but it is subject to availability with additional cost.- For last minute booking on that day, after 4pm Bali Time are not accepted. - During the check-in process, our staff will take a photo of the guest's KTP or passport (ID). - Parking space in front of the villa, is enough for 1 car.

About Casa Priya Ubud
A 10-minute drive to central Ubud, Casa Priya Ubud features a private outdoor pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa.
Casa Priya Ubud has a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and sofa seating area. Bedrooms fit a wardrobe, personal safe and desk. The en suite bathrooms come with a shower and bathtub.
The villa is a 15-minute drive to Ubud Monkey Forest and is a 1.5-hour drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Guests can arrange car and bicycle rental through the villa staff, as well as airport transfers and shuttle services. Laundry services are also available upon request. Guests enjoy scheduled drop-off to central Ubud daily.
An in-house kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and electric kettle. Guests can cook meals in the convenience of their villas or have their meals in the local restaurant serving Indonesian dishes 5 minutes’ walk away from the villa.
Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.
