This place is an amazing place to go birding and observe other jungle life. There are 5 different species of birds of paradise. Also, learn about the life of a papuan village. Its a little difficult to get there. You can contact papua directly or directly to the locals via facebook.

2.2 miles of walkway are set aside from the road by ecolodges. Water and electricity are scarce. You must bring your food and beverages ready each day. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk through the jungle trek to the hides every day or morning. Unfortunately, we had bad bed bugs and had to leave early. People are very welcoming and helpful, but with limited resources, it is difficult to improve.
