This private property features two well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom for your comfort and privacy.

Step into the sunken living area, where a built-in sofa and 54-inch Smart TV invite you to relax. A central coffee table anchors the space, while full air-conditioning keeps it cool. A partition subtly separates this area from the dining space with a six-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, full refrigerator, sink, and utensils: ideal for preparing anything from quick bites to full meals.

On the ground floor, a guest bathroom with toilet, sink, and mirror adds convenience. Outside, the turquoise pool is complemented by an outdoor shower near the entrance and a small green garden at the rear of the villa.

Upstairs, the main bedroom overlooks the pool with a sunrise view, while the second bedroom enjoys sunset vistas over the back garden.

The access road to the property is suitable for motorbikes and car.
Please note that the road is narrow with some uneven sections, so we recommend driving carefully. 

Motorbike parking is available directly in front of the property, while car parking is conveniently located at the entrance, just a short walk away.
