The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the living area features a ceiling fan, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay while enhancing your overall experience.

3. PRIVATE POOL:
The villa features a private pool for your exclusive use, equipped with a side pool deck, and  a sun lounger for relaxation by the poolside. The swimming pool is 8 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, and 1.4 meters deep, offering ample space for both swimming and relaxation.

4. BATHROOM FACILITIES:
The first bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and complete amenities for your convenience, while the second and third bathrooms offer the same comfort, excluding the bathtub.

5. PRIVATE ENTRANCE:
The villa has a private entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Please note the villa is equipped with CCTV, facing only the villa entrance and non-intrusive to your privacy.
