PELAYANAN SANGAT BURUK! Waktu saya konfirmasi pemesanan via WA (setelah order) tidak respon sama sekali. Saya telepon juga tidak diangkat. Titik alamat google map juga tidak detail. Herannya, ketika saya mencoba WA pakai nomor lain, Admin Akuvila sangat responsif. Saya juga coba memesan villa tsbt, pihak Akuvila berkata kosong pada tgl yg saya telah pesan. Pesan WA saya (nomor hp sesuai pesanan tiket.com) dibalas setelah saya komplain ke cs Tiket.com karena adanya indikasi penipuan. Pas saya telepon pihak Akuvila, dia janji akan komitmen kasih pelayanan terbaik. Tapi pas VC untuk survey, hanya dikasih liat nampak depan Villa. DIA TIDAK MEMBAWA KUNCI. Pihak Akuvila menawarkan tambah 200rb bisa mendapatkan villa 5kamar dengan fasilitas sama seperti villa yg saya pesan.Tapi ketika saya sampai disana, villa yg ditawarkan tidak sama seperti foto dan video yg dikasih. Bangunan sangat lama, kotor, banyak nyamuk, billiard sudah tidak bisa dipakai, dan tidak ada AC. Akhirnya saya meminta untuk menginap ke villa sesuai aplikasi. Villa ini juga kotor, tapi tidak sekotor villa sebelumnya. Malamnya, ada orang yang datang mengaku adalah OWNER VILLA, DAN MEMINTA PEMBAYARAN SEBELUM JAM 9 MALAM. Padahal saya sudah bayar dan pesan lewat tiket.com. Owner juga mengaku bahwa Pihak Akuvila memang suka menipu. Akhirnya saya coba menghubungi Pihak Akuvila lagi. Namun seperti biasa, Pihak Akuvila sangat lambat. Sampai akhirnya saya harus berbohong, dengan mengatakan ada listrik yang konslet, baru dia datang. -Tengah malam, mati lampu. Ternyata villa memakai token. Kami mengisi token pakai uang sendiri. -Dijanjikan kolam renang akan dibersihkan paginya. Namun tidak dibersihkan. -Water Heater yg berfungsi hanya 1, sisanya rusak. -Air sangat kecil -Ada kamar mandi yang kuncinya rusak, sampai ada yang kekunci di dalam *Add note: Ternyata villa ini sebelumnya bernama Villa Angel Puncak Private Pool. Yang di google permanen closed, karena reviewnya sangat jelek. Maka, dia mengubah nama dan titik google maps, agar bisa menghapus jejak review jelek.Popular Facilities
