- Late check-out is upon request but it is subject to availability with additional cost. - For last minute booking on that day, after 4pm Bali Time are not accepted. - During the check-in process, our staff will take a photo of the guest's KTP or passport (ID). - Parking space in front of the villa, is enough for 1 car.
- Bringing animals/pets to the villa is not permitted. - Smoking is only permitted in open areas, not permitted indoors. - Please turn off all air conditioning when not in the villa. - We expect any damages/breakages/loss caused by the guests during their stay, to be replaced by the guests or cost of replacement covered by the guests. - Events or parties and inviting outside guests is not permitted.
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below: - This villa has 3 bedrooms for maximum occupancy of 6 people. If staying more than 6 people, max. only accepts additional 2 people with an additional charge IDR 250,000/person/night for guests over 12 years and IDR 180,000/person/night for children aged 4-12 years including breakfast (extra bed are not provided).

Villa Matha is beautifully designed composed of a single level building with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bath, private pool, a well equipped kitchen to cook, and also offering an access to a garden and a terrace are accessible on-site.
Each of the bedroom has very comfortable size for your convenience. Every room is furnished with selected appliances to enhance your staying experience at the villa. The master bedroom is well-joined with the living room that overlooks the pool and natural lushes of garden.
A well-equipped kitchen is nicely provided for any of your cooking needs at the villa. You will sense the feeling of having your own home away from home during your dream vacation on Bali island.
All the room is fully furnished with good quality of carefully selected furniture appliances. Your high level of satisfaction is definitely become our main concerns.
Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.
