To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we offer two check-in options for arrivals after 6:00 PM:1. Self check-in, free of charge. We have a lockbox at the property and will send you simple instructions so you can check in at your convenience.2. Assisted check-in with a host. If you would prefer someone to personally welcome you and help with your luggage outside of our regular staff hours, a small service fee will apply:Check-in after 6:00 PM: IDR 50,000Check-in after 8:00 PM: IDR 100,000This fee goes directly to the team member who stays late to assist with your arrival.Please let us know your estimated arrival time and which check-in option you prefer, so we can make the necessary arrangements.Guests must sign a T&C form upon arrival.Please note that guests need to provide a valid ID upon arrival.Construction Noise: There may be construction noise during your stay. To compensate, we are offering a discounted rate. No additional refunds will be provided during your stay, as the price is already reduced. If you choose to cancel before arrival, a full refund will be offered. However, if the noise becomes excessive, you may cancel your stay, and we will refund any unused nights of your reservation.While noise is expected between 8 AM and 5 PM, we can't guarantee it won't occur outside these hours due to contractor schedules beyond our control. It’s uncertain if there will be noise during your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
